It’s documented with my state of residence (WI), there’s a website I can log into. Yes, I can get a new card, for a fee, but carrying without the permit will cost a $200 fine anyway. As having a CCW permit doesn’t make you a LEO, if you buy one of those “CCW badges” then you are subject to a felony “impersonation” charge if caught using it.
