how to get old Lic #?

I had a concealed carry permit many years ago, probably 15 years ago, but it's long expired. I was looking at the form to fill out for a new one and it's asking if I've had one in the past, and if so, what is the license number. Of course I don't have that permit or the number anymore. I didn't know if there is any way to obtain that number so I can fill out the form. Any help on this would be great!

It depends on what state it was in. Some do not keep the records of old permits after a few years. I had one in NH that was 10 years expired and they told me to mark it as new/never had one in that state when I applied again. Just call the state dept. that issued and see if they have the old records. My guess would be no, but that is your best bet.
