how many CCW permit holders in the USA

Does anyone know where to find outthe number of CCW License Holders there are in the USA. The State of Florida publishes the statistics. As of March 31 the number was 561,681. I'd like to know the total permits issued.

In 07 Washington had over 278,000 so Id guess around 300,000 or so now
