How fast can you re-mag your weapon?

During training courses they would constantly have us load 3 mags with no more than 3 rounds each, just to practice reload techniques. They taught us "tactical" reloads, but the instructor stated in a real world scenarios, just drop the mag on the floor! With practice, it should be smooth. One of the reasons, I always carry at least a single mag pouch, if not a double.

Not to mention, in my opinion, a ten rounder feeds more dependably than 20 or 30 rounders, and in my case I can change ten rounders faster. Kind of ironic.

One of the problems with 30 round mags is that they do push the limit. When you get new ones, it is always a good idea to test them and any that aren't reliable need repaired or disposed of. And just in case, I have a 10 rounder to go with all the 20s and 30s.
