The same way you got it the first time. Whatever your state/county requires: fingerprints, training, application, etc...

This charge seems to be a Michigan statute, "joseling a person". If this is part of your States Criminal Domestic Violence statue you will definitely need and good attorney.

it wasn't domestic it was at a football game but in my defense i was defending myself but they didnt see it that way and i got in trouble it was all bull **** but i did my comunity service like a man i just want my ccw back think i will just fill out the paperwork and see what happens might have to go in front of the gun board but think i will be ok well i hope thanks everyone
