Hospital Carry

I've searched and searched, but haven't found my answer. In New York State (aside from NYC), is it legal to conceal carry in a Hospital?

Depends on the hospital. But I don't know of one that allows it. It's a gun free zone ideal for criminals. Even "security" rarely is armed.

Thanks for the reply. So, is it safe to say that, aside from a hospital's own policy, there is no NYS law that says you CAN'T carry in a hospital?

I am NOT a lawyer. But as far as I know there is no law prohibiting guns in hospitals. I would suggest you ask BCI on this board.
