Justice John T. Buckley Oneida County Judge. Good or Bad for CCW applicants?

(Sorry for the Buckley reference in the title...He issued my original permit in Oneida County)

Justice Thomas Miller, Onondaga County NY Judge.

Does anyone know his record on issuing unrestricted permits?

I'll be requesting unrestricted carry soon after some refresher training.

I may want to stay away from Miller...Denied a Pastor from carrying to protect himself when depositing the collection money...
