This type of secret Treaty signing has been going on almost inimpeded? There is a Great article in GOA that has pretty much blown this into the open. Only problem is, a majority of Americans do not know about this and what it could mean. We will lose Soverghnty (my bad on spelling) and the new Laws regarding who can and who cant own firearms. It will also stipulate which Arms we are allowed to own? Clearly trying another backdoor attempt to bypass our 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms. Another trick coming down the pipeline is Obamacare...which among other things will be asking your Dr to pry and find out if "You" own Firearms? Please contact your Senators and Congressman and put a stop to this Gun Grabbing scheme!
 
No worries my friend, Mr. lapierre from NRA is on it, the wolf is coming! No better time than now to contribute to the NRA, who is always waging war on the front lines to protect or 2nd Admendment.

Good to hear my Friend...not only am i 2nd Amendment Rights advovate, its also how i make a living! More ppl going to the unemployment line is on par for this Admin!
 
Hey Hurley, can you post a link on that, I can't seem to find it the GOA website. Of course I'm on a smartphone which isn't always smart, tuff to navigate sites sometimes. I would like to see it and share on thy facebookith.
 
All must remember that neither the secretary of state nor the president may enter into any foreign treaty that violates the constitution / bill of rights withoutn Congresional approval. They can sign anything but under American law it is unenforcable.

From my understanding and looking into this that if this is passed by the UN then it only needs to go to the senate for approval. There is a movement in Congress though. There are 22 conressmen signed on that have a bill in place to remove funding to the UN which will end the UN in the end. I am not sure whats gonna happen with this but I don't like any of it. This could start a civil war in this country worse case or it may just make me an outlaw.

I like the way you think! They think its a Government Right? Our phony Mr and Mrs have been led to believe they are a Monarchy? I dont know where or why their Hatred of America has given the impression this is true but as i see it these ppl are under the understanding that somewhere along the line, they were crowned? National Security is definitly on the Brink of falling and these clowns are going to have to stop! If every Firearms owner were to vote...it could be a landslide!

Got a call from Mike Huckabee a few months ago asking for money to "move the United Nations out of New York." Haven't read anything about that, though.

One big problem now, who in Congress would stand up to this? Obama manages to do everything he wants without anything happening to him. He is the Dictator-in-Chief. Holder will keep him out of range of anyone up there who would upset his apple cart. What do we as, American citizens, do now? If we don't vote him out in November, he will have been given license to do anything and everything he wants. Who can stop him short of a civil war? I'm still saving my Confederate money!

As a NY resident, you should be full aware, that the Constitution / Bill of Rights is violated and illegal laws ARE ENFORCED every day. Right or Wrong....it happens.

Yes, this happens hundreds of times per day in America. Maybe even thousands. Not just the second but first, fourth, and fifth amendments seem to get trampled.

It would have to be ratified by 2/3 of the senate, and there is simply no way that is going to happen unless something really really horrible happens in the next election cycle.

More accurately, Congress needs to approve the treaty, and the treaty can NOT violate the Constitution. More directly, Congress CANNOT approve a treaty that violates the Constitution, which the SATT would do.
