The Obama administration will sit on this one until they can stack the court with at least one more anti-gun judge.

I'm not convinced this one is going to the court. In looking at some of the discussion from the Illinois state house, they're concerned that if they don't come up with a law in the 180 days they have, that the Court is going to rule far more broadly than they want. And yes, they are talking about adding an assault weapon ban into what they're writing.

Yeah...Feinstein is supposed to be submitting a new bill to both the house and senate on the first day of the new congress.

Feinstien and Schummer are the biggest anti gun hypocrits in the nation. Both have 'Unrestricted' Carry permits which allow them to carry even in gun free zones. Schumer is one of only a handful to possess one in NYC.
