High Capacity Magazines

I'm taking a trip through about 9 states. Does anyone know of a site where you can find if certain states ban High Capacity Mags?

Washington D.C. = 10 round capacity limit
CA = 10 round capacity limit
HI = 10 round capacity limit
MA = 10 round capacity limit
MD = 20 round capacity limit
NJ = 15 round capacity limit
NY = 10 round capacity limit

Other than PRNY, does the number mean POSSESSION or just PURCHASE? Does grandfathering exist?
