Henry lever action

Ok I know an optic on a lever action but my son is 9 and I he has learned and can use The iron sights. But he wants to try a red dot. It will need to go on a 3/8 dovettal mount. Any thoughts

Just about any will do. Even one from NCStar.

I wouldn't at that age, get him shooting longer distances accurately with the iron sights. That's what I'm doing with mine.
