We need some pro-gun folks to sign in and post some comments in favor of carrying in restaurants that serve...The anti-gun nuts are trying to take over the comment's area.

Did the poll. Yes was winning 58%-41%. No was winning the tax poll 56%-31%. And I'm in the largest age group.

Wait a minute...I thought that guns were not allowed when "the main sorce of income is from the sale of alcohol" so that weapons COULD be brought into resturants that happen to have a bar in them, like Applebees and Chilis, unless a sign was posted ;ike at Buffalo Wild Wings. Or is it different in every state?

Please forgive my ignorance, I am new to the whole CPL game...and I carry whenever, and where ever I am legally allowed...but I don't go into bars often.

The article says, "The stance that guns and alcohol do not mix..." Well, neither do bicycles and alcohol, or knives and alcohol, or cars and alcohol, or hammers and alcohol, or even car doors and alcohol (I once nearly amputated the end of a finger when I shut a car door on it after I had been imbibing alcohol. So what's the point of the mention in the article?

All's good in Arizona in bars & restaurants with a CC permit as long as those carrying don't drink alcohol.

Every time I hear anyone say "guns and alcohol don't mix", my reply is always "I completely agree! And if you knew anything about this bill and current SC gun laws then you'd know that it is already illegal to consume and carry a gun and it won't change that any by passing this bill. So I'm now sure how you're comment has any relevance in this situation!"
