Help me to identify spamming.

I am new comer, i start a job site and news site. I am not an experienced person. So i want to discussed with spamming. "How to identify spamming?"

#1 -- go to the right forum
#2 -- fill up your profile. We (or I) want to know where you are from. I am selective dyslexic -- I only reply to posts that have their states written on the top right hand side of the posts. But then, that is just me .. other's preference will vary.
