Hello from a new guy!

I recently purchased two firearms for home protection; a Remington 870 12 ga with an 18" barrel and a S&W 40 CA pistol from their Composite line. I'll be purchasing two 1911s in the near future and am considering a Kimber and a Springfield. This site and the forum here have been verh helpful in my research. I don't have much to contribute but I appreciate the opportunity to gain kowledge from all of you.
