Ok, so i got my CCW permit in '06, renewed in '09, and am due to renew again this year in Sept. Aside from having to get a new original birth certificate for the renewal process and state id's and DL's, under the new house bill that up qualifications and what not. Did previous permit holders get grand-fathered in? Or will i have to re-take a cert class, and basicly start the whole process over again? Will the class and certificate be enough, or will i have go thru the wait for the background check too? No issue there, they just took the full 45 days to get my permit to me.

Not knowing and not having the text of that MO State bill, there is little chance someone will be able to answer your question.
