HB 560 FORFEITURE PROCEDURES & REPORTING has passed both House and Senate. Please contact the Governor via phone and Email and ask her to sign this very important Bill. When I called they did say they were taking a survey. Not really sure what that means as being passed by both houses that would be survey enough.

We have recently relocated to NM and are proud that our State House and Governor are conservatives. We both are pro Law Enforcement and have always supported them over the years. With that said, I ask your support in signing this important legislation limiting over reach of the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution " The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated." Please act accordingly to continue this conservative and moral right of each citizen due process and adjudication PRIOR to search and seizures. Kindest Regards
