My first carry piece was a Kel-Tec P-11. It worked out great and really liked the pistol. Last summer, I bought a Ruger LCP .380 for summer use with lighter clothes and fell in love with "Elsie Pea".
The wife and I recently moved from Oklahoma to Ohio and I too am waiting for warmer weather to retake the weapons class and background check application. I do wish there was some kind of "grandfather" plan when moving to a new state but guess we gotta take what we can get. We had to get Ohio licenses within a certain length of time and now I guess our Ok. permits are not valid. (Drat, darn, etc.)
