At least in San Jose, California anyway. Police say just let them have what they want someone may get hurt if you open fire on them. Ahhh, that would be too bad wouldn't it. Some poor criminal might get dead or injured and police will have to do more paperwork. Who is training these nimrods.

How many people are on death row at San Quentin anyway? Like 700 last I heard and it's not emptying out either. Killing one of these pricks trying to rob me in a home invasion or on the street would just save the taxpayers some dollars.
