That's got to be pretty old since John Stossel has been on Fox for quite a while now.
I suspect that ABC has gotten over it's brief bout of reality.
Of course, I think they're the only ones to do any serious "Fast & Furious" reporting, and that was much more recent.
The
video Description says that it was first broadcast "on the heels" of the Heller ruling, which was June, 2008.
You're probably thinking of
Sharyl Attkisson's stories on CBS on the "serious" reporting. She's done at least
Link Removed as late as Aug. 2013 about F&F, but it appears that CBS has purged her earlier stories from that first link.
Link Removed from just a couple of weeks ago may explain why. In mainstream circles, she is widely credited with breaking the Fast and Furious story, though the first place I heard about it was on Mike Vanderboegh's website, "
Sipsey Street Irregulars." He and
Link Removed claim they broke the story together, and all of their combined work on the scandal can be found at the following links:

Regardless of who actually broke the story, neither Vanderboegh/Codrea or Attkisson have quibbled about who was first that I'm aware of, and I think I recall some collaboration between them early on. I'd have to dig through the volumes of work linked above to verify that now, which I ain't gonna do, so if I'm mistaken about it, oh well, all three have done yeoman's work on the story in any case.
As to the timeliness of the OP video, heck, Obama's own
Executive Ordered study from earlier this year proves the same conclusions Stossel came to with much older research. It may not be as concise and only take five minutes to read, but
here's some good analysis of what Obama has completely ignored since being published.
Stossel was announced as joining Fox in
Link Removed, about a year after the OP video first aired. It's kind of a lateral move though, because Fox and ABC are owned by the same company. Neither strike me as very trustworthy at all, though Fox does a better job of making it look like they're fair to conservatives. The whole shebang is an illusion though.
