Plastic vacuum sealed with an ultrasonic welder and buried in an 8" CPVC pipe with one end sealed with PVC welder and the other end sealed with a clean-out and plumber's putty. When both ammo and firearm are in the tube, the remaining interior volume will be filled with pea gravel to simulate the lack of a void. When the whole firearm and ammo cache is sealed up and ready for implantation, geocache it with a really long post-hole digger on public land far away from anywhere inhabitted by human beings.

All ammo cartridges, carriers, boxes, magazines, slides, frames, receivers, grips, etc. will be wiped down to eliminate fingerprints, so the only way to link you to your geocached contraband is the serial number on the firearm itself. To take further steps to prevent corrosion, something like cosmoline will be slathered on the firearm(s) and ammo (with rubber gloves, after the cleaning).

That is how I would "dispose" of my firearms, should I have sufficient notice that they're coming to take them away. (Ha ha) If not, then I'd have to ... well, suffice it to say G. Gordon Liddy provided the best advice for that eventuality.
