Grips for my H&R 1906

I have an antique Harrington & Richardson Model 1906 .22 handgun. This is very small with a pencil octagon barrel. It is lightweight and small framed. I am looking for grips for this gun. I cannot find grips for this model. Does anyone know if grips from another model might fit this one?
