Government could ease ban on blood donations from gay men

And yet, I'm still banned from giving blood because I was stationed in England in the 1980s because there was mad cow disease there. Except that it was nowhere near where I was stationed and the meat we bought in the base commissary all came from the US of A. British beef sucked.
