Dont be surprised if the cops take your gun after you kill somebody with it. For this guy however, he should be pursuing legal action to get it back now that he has been cleared of wrong doing.

Its becoming obvious that not only do you need to Conceal your Weapon, But also need to Conceal yourself.

Yep this poor guy is screwed until after both BGs go through trial. Then he'll probably still get screwed by the cops because his weapon will end up "lost". Maybe he can find financial backing and be a test case to get things changed.

I guess what people who CCW need to do is carry a slingshot and BBs of the same caliber as their weapon. Then if you have to shoot a BG, hide your weapon real quick and surrender the slingshot and BBs when the cops arrive. How are they gonna know what made the hole(s) in the BG?:to_pick_ones_nose:
