I currently carry a Glock 22 and even though I love the gun it's going to be to large to carry in the summer months. Any ideas? And I'm not trying to "troll" just want honest answers. :)

I own a p250 compact, its just the right size for a carry and its a very accurate pistol I recommend this to anyone.

I have a G27, and I have had a P250 Sub Compact. I didn't shoot the P250 as well as the Glock, so I traded it for an XD9 Sub Compact. I think I just didn't give the double action only trigger enough time to get used to it. I don't think either of them would do you wrong though.

I really like ny airweight smith and wesson 38+p more energy better one stop kill and only weighs 14oz and always goes bang. Works great in pocket or iwb or owb

my question is whether u are trying to conceal or not. the g27 has a short frame that will conceal easily enough. plus u are already used to the grip angle of ur g22. the 27 will be easy enough to pick up and shoot. you might only have a two finger grip tho.

the sig, longer frame/grip = harder to conceal.

open carry go for sig. the longer frame really does feel better in the hand.

both great firearms. good luck with ur choice!

You already have a Glock 22. The Glock 27 will feel right at home in your hands. Your G22 mags will fit the G27. You are already used to the grip angle and feel of the trigger. If you don't like the shorter grip you can always add a pinky extension like I did. You already know how to break it down for cleaning and last but not least, the only thing better than a Glock is two Glocks :)

I carry my G22 during the winter and switch to the G27 when warmer weather comes around. I always keep a loaded G22 mag in the car because it will work with both pistols should I ever need it.

What holster do you use in summer.?

G27 or Sig P250

Not a big fan of the Glock...so i would have to say Sig. Plus its pretty accurate little handgun

I use a Galco IWB Tuc286. It will fit the G26/G27 models. Shorts with an untucked tee shirt and nobody will ever know.[/QUOTE]

I'm using the king tuk right now and it's awesome but I'm looking for shorts and tee shirt comfortably lol

I have a p250sc in 9mm. I love it, but would consider getting a compact in .40 with a .357 barrel because I think with just a barrel you can swap between the two rounds(might want to double check that). I even think buds has/had a deal on this combo. The DAO has grown on me. It is a nice gun at a good price.

Go with Glock

I carry the G27 daily and have no issues concealing with my Crossbreed IWB even with shorts and tee-shirt. I haven't checked out any of the Sig compact models but hear good things about them but I only own striker-fire handguns at this point. Glock is safe, reliable, and concealable.

I carry a G27 all day everyday winter, summer you name it.... The G27 and Kholster holster you can not go wrong !!!

+1 for G27 :)

I also carry a G22 but I bought a G27 last week. It's a great gun. You can also use your 15 round G22 mags in the G27. Screw Sig.

Ya know folks end up in one of two camps.

You love the Glocks

You hate the Glocks.

Not many folks in-between.

While I own different handguns I do love my Glock.
