Reminds me, though, of a cut from an old Bill Cosby record when God asks Noah, "How long can you tread water?" Hopefully you won't fall into any! lol.

Definitely food for thought there. Would have never thought of a gun as a survival tool other than for shooting people or animals.

I fully agree with the knife suggestion....the serrations on my daily carry knife triple its versatility.
