I am not sure if I should of posted in for or against so here is the story I was open carrying in a hardware store here in Kentucky I noticed a sign on the door it read "Your firearms are allowed inside (blanks) hardware your ammo isn't. I thought that it was funny just thought I would share

Interesting sign. There are a few such as that one, on some of the local gun stores here.

Yeah we have a range here like that knob creek no loaded firearms inside this store I just take my mag out an throw it in my nag pocket

So, what are you supposed to do if you're in the store and a few guys try to rob the place and threaten to shoot everyone? Are customers expected to throw their pistols at them?

Yes I carry one in the chamber I just clear it and put it in my mag. I guess just throw it at them or try and trick them hoping they didn't see the sign

The Jewel Box, in Phoenix is a sort of pawn shop, and they have a sign on their door that reads, "No guns allowed escept certified police officers.' they had a guy come in one day and ask to look at a knife. the clerk on duty told him the case was locked. He continued to look around the store, and was checking out a circular saw. He asked if he could test it, and she said okay. He plugged it in, pulled the guard back and ran it up to speed, then plunged it into his neck. Just shows you don't need a gun to be dangerous. What if instead of being suicidal he had been a robber or homicidal?

How silly. They can't rob the store if they have to take out they're ammo before entering!
