I was a bit skeptical at first, but it's definitely the real deal, and the tiniest amount goes a long, long way. If you take your time and treat everything thoroughly the first time, then subsequent cleanups are a breeze, and often involve just a quick wipe down. An added bonus is that my wife no longer complains about the smell when I clean my weapons. Personally, I love the smell of Hoppes, but there's something really nice about the minty freshness of FrogLube.

I just started using it this weekend. Went to the range today and had no issues. I returned and wiped them out and applied my second coat. Taking them back to the range tomorrow
