Forgot ammo in guard mount room.

I forgot 600 rounds ( in a backpack ) in the guard mount room. Now one of the leaders wants 600 reasons why I shouldn't leave ammo lying around. Any help would be appreciated !

But here's a tip. So someone doesn't steal it and use six hundred rounds on you.

If I were your NCO (or leadership), you'd owe me 600 pushups...that'd be incentive to never do that again. Luckily, I was one of those NCOs that believed in the DPP (Deferred Pushup Plan) so you wouldn't owe them all at once
