I forget mine all the time, but probably not in the way you think. When I walk into a store, I don't think about my socks, even though I'm wearing them, but it might take me half a second to think about it if you asked if I was wearing any. I've gotten that comfortable with my gun too. Unless I'm in a situation where it makes itself known, like when it's really hot and the sweat makes the leather rub against me uncomfortably, I just don't think about it anymore. And I can think of one occasion over the past several years that I've had my license that I've walked into a CPZ with my gun because I just wasn't thinking about it. It's just that comfortable to me. But mostly it was because I forgot that establishment was a CPZ. We call them CPZs here in Ohio, for Criminal Protection Zones, because that's where the criminals are safe from any citizens who might be able to stop their crimes. In Ohio we have enumerated and posted CPZs. Enumerated are those specified in the law, such as courthouses and other governmental buildings, and posted are just businesses or other premises where the owner puts up a no guns allowed sign. I've never forgotten an enumerated CPZ.
