Fobus Holsters

I was thinking of buying the Fobus Roto Holster.
Just wanted some to know. How CC Carriers liked them? or Any other comments about them.

Fobus is a good brand. I prefer the paddle holsters for comfort.

Great holsters have two for my 1911's and a mag carrier work great when you have something to cover them with.
Easy to put onand are comfortable to wear for extended period of time.

I like Fobus paddle holsters. They ride high enough to conceal well with a light jacket, sweatshirt or a 511 button down. The retention on the holsters keep the gun in place while doing physical activity, but not enough to cause a poor weapon draw.

This is why I do not like the Fobus Paddle Holster for Carry Open or CC. I do have several SERPA holsters which I have not conducted this test with, but I use them for Range Days. I generally carry in an IWB holster. the Fobus Holster that I do have is a belt slide. It works well but I prefer the Serpa Holsters. I do not like it for CC because like Treo stated its "like a Brick"

Fobus has some great stuff. For paddle holsters I prefer Blackhawk! Serpa. But I do carry a Fobus mag carrier.

Other people are the one of the things that we have no control over. We all may try to not let them get that close, but they are unpredictable. It is always a good idea to practice defending against a gun grab.
