I've been looking to add this gun to my "arsenal" (lmao) who has one that can tell me anthing about it? Quirks, problems, ammo issues?

If you got one to sell, FFLs, PM me a price.

I had one for awhile. The gun seems to function fine but my problem was the long trigger pull...I would say about ten freight cars in length. Also FMK is difficult to get a hold of. They are a California company so do not expect to get 15 round mags. I think there may finally be some after market stuff. I traded mine for a nice quad rail for the wifes AR.

I have one. I won it online last summer. In a nut shell, it's worth the $30 transfer fee and not much more. I have about 400 rounds of 115 grain FMJ through mine so far and I'm lucky to keep everything on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper at 15 yards. Yes, the trigger pull sucks but could be gotten used to. Mine doesn't always fire the chambered round. The trigger makes a funny click and you can feel that the striker wasn't moved. Sometimes the trigger won't reset after a shot or when I have to rack the slide to eject a round that wouldn't fire. Another thing I noticed is that there seems to be a section in the barrel that is not like the rest. Almost like it is a slightly larger diameter because the area doesn't have the same "polish" as the rest of the barrel. I will be writing to FMK to see if they will take a look at it and correct the problems. Right now, it is a novelty because of the Bill of Rights engraved on the slide. If FMK makes it good, it will be much like a Glock 19. Though not near the quality, of course.
As for the lack of accuracy possibly being operator error, well anything is possible, but I have been shooting a 4" .357 magnum for 21 years. I also shoot a Colt 1911 .45, a Colt Defender .45, and a black powder .44 revolver. I do quite well with those at more than 15 yards.

Ok i found a range wth one. Even from the sandbags at about 25 yards, I'm lucky to get a 6 inch group. It felt ok in my hand, but the S&W SD40VE i tested after that felt better, had a natural feel to it and I got a nice 2 inch group from the bags and 2.5 or so standing. Gotta say I was impressed with the sigma...filled out the papers for a black/steel model at another gun shop. So I guess I'm adding a .40!

Dave, was the trigger pull inconsistent for you too? I didn't get any misfires, but it really sucked. You can just feel the poor workmanship when you're holding it.

My trigger seemed fairly consistent. It was just really weird feeling. Almost like you could feel the cheap in it. I also had to smooth out the seam lines on the frame. They kept digging into my fingers, especially the ones in and under the trigger guard.
