Fly into PVD with Gun - LTC in CT

I will be traveling by car through several states where I am legally licensed to carry. I will then be flying back to Providence where I will drive to my home in CT. I am licensed to carry in CT. Does the RI law allow me to transport my locked, unloaded weapon from the airport home to CT?
