Flip Your Carry Belt?

I want to share a little detail, in case someone can use the idea.
I overload my pants all the time with a pistol, tools, machine parts, etc. This stresses the belt and causes it to bend sideways, over time. So, the belt is 'pre-sagged', even before it is loaded.
I used to tighten the belt to reduce the sagging, but that is uncomfortable. Now I flip it every day by threading it through the loops in the opposite direction. So if I thread the belt clockwise today, tomorrow I will thread it CCW. Now the belt is always straight, it looks better, and is more comfortable!

I don't carry them on my belt, but in my pants. While working on industrial equipment, sometimes, the best way to keep up with small parts (nuts, bolts, fittings and other widgets) is to keep them in my pockets. Ditto on the farm.

Even with a true gun belt I could see this reducing wear over time by quite a bit, great idea!
