firearms and California

Why does California make it so difficult to own and bear legal firearms. If I can legally own a firearm (no matter what type) don't make me jump through hoops to get one. California needs to concentrate on and deter the criminals in this state, not the law abiding people. I hate nanny states!!!!

Because they can. Liberals hate the people having power. The people keep voting in the asshats who support such laws you get what you ask for.

Easy answer. California has been controlled by progressive liberals for years. The voters keep re-electing them so this must be what they want. Liberals don't care if their policies provide solutions. They are after the euphoric feeling of good intentions. leasantry:

The majority keep electing them. I lived in Stockton for 30 years. One of the reasons I moved was the gun laws. My favorite view of California is the one in the rear view mirror.
