Fewer Veterans in Congress

As I have read the news, the new Congress in January will have fewer veterans than any in recent years.

Will this have any effect on the way they think about the military strength of the nation?

Of course. Fewer veterans means more liberals. It's hard for a freedom hater like Tammy Baldwin, champions of turtles, who just got "elected" to senate, to think that war would be anything but a video game. Tommy Thompson, formerly Cpt, Thompson, US Army would have been perfect. He understands. He knows. All Baldwin cares about is building $19 million turtle tunnels, which turtles won't and don't use, and talking about her orientation, which is irrelevant.
