I was wanting some feedback on the Ruger LC9 as a concealed carry option. Anyone carry one and have any comments, positive or negative, about the LC9 as a concealed carry option? My son bought a LC9 for himself and a LCP .380 for his wife last week and I liked the look and feel of the LC9 over what I had been carrying. I bought an LC9 for myself this past weekend and I like it for concealed carry. I can live with the 7+1 capacity when loaded, but this might be a negative aspect of the LC9 for some. Thanks in advance for your thoughts / opinions!

I love my lc9. I carry it at 330 with an uncle mikes in the belt holster. The pinky grip on the magazine causes it to bulge out some but not much. Light and versatile.

Shoot it and make sure its sighted in.

I've noticed that the grip on my LC9 feels just a bit small/narrow, so I have ordered a Houge grip sleve to put on it. I have done this with two other pistols I own, one a sub-compact .22 auto and the other bring a medium size 9MM auto. Both felt a little better in hand with the grip sleves on. Has anyone else put a grip sleve on a LC9?
The clerk checked the laser and said it appeared to be dead on. I did fire my LC9 at the shop's inside firing range after paying for it and I am more than pleased at the 1.5" group it fired at 10 yards.

I EDC a G26 IWB all the time. However, when I feel the necessity for a BUG (going into North Las Vegas, for example) the LC9 slips nicely in the holster built into my 5.11 vest.

I've found the them to be pretty accurate. I'm not crazy about the long trigger pull, but that's minor IMHO.

I like the LC9, it fits great into my hand. The recoil doesn't bother me one bit, my brother in law thinks differently . It feels nice and solid. I was thinking about modifying the trigger but I don't want to mess anything up, Galloway Precision makes some nice replacement parts.

My lc9 has been good to me so far (have about 400 rounds with no failures) I have a uncle mikes (size 4) pocket holster that works really good for $10. I also have a FoXx hybrid IWB holster (just like a crossbreed/kingtuck but for $40 and got it in 4 days) only complaint I have is the piss poor trigger ( im used to glocks) and the 100000000,000000000,0000000,0000000 safety features are a tad excessive.

I have an LC9 and carry it either in a Remora or CrossBreed Supertuck holster and love the gun. The trigger pull takes some time to get used to but besides that, I love everything about it (including the safeties).

The trigger pull us a bit long but smooth and*easy to get used to.

I carry it in pocket with a Desantis holster all the time.

I've put several hundred rounds through it ofnumerous brands with no failures. Recoil is not bad and accuracy is good. Get a Hogue grip and you're good to go.

I was the second very lucky give away winner here and I carry it all the time. I like it, shoot it well and the Crossbreed bolster makes easy.

As I was going into the local K-Mart this morning I caught my coat sleve on the door handle and damn near ripped the sleve completely off. So it was to the men's coats to see what I could find as a replacement. After browsing a bit, some Route 66 para-military jackets caught my eye. To my disbelief, there were two XXLs in an old time camo pattern that I immediately went bonkers over. Better yet, they were 70% off! So one came home with me and to my delight my LC9 fits in the left-side outside breast pocket that has a zipper like a glove. I had to take some coats back into town for a charity coat drive this afternoon and my LC9 went along with me in the coat pocket. Talk about way more comfortable than packing on your hip! And COMPLETELY CONCEALED TOO!
