Feedback on the Kel-Tec P-11

I'm interested in a Kel-Tec P-11. I'm looking for opinions from people who have one and have practiced with it for a few months. Thanks!

I carry one almost daily; approx 360/365 would be a good guesstimate. It is slightly modified, well maybe more than slightly, but it functions very well, and if you understand the physics of auto-loaders when you're shooting it, it NEVER fails.

You can visit my facebook page and see my P11 compared to numerous other handguns that I've had an opportunity to get a side by side photo.

I carried one for a couple of years and liked it. Had to send it back to the factory for a very hard trigger, but after that it worked fine. Reliable!

Traded it off for a Ruger LCP. Nothing wrong with the P-11 but wanted/needed a smaller ccw.

Always Carry An 11!

I carry an "11" year round. In the winter it's a 1911, and in warmer months, it's a P11. Except for the trigger slap which leaves my trigger finger a little numb after about 30 rounds, I love it. I bought it used, and it had a boogered up rear sight. I emailed Kel-Tec to buy a replacement, but they refused to charge me and mailed me a new one without charge. It shoots straight enough for my defense needs, and with an extra 12 round mag, I can have 25 rounds on board.
