Families want justice for suspects killed after robbery

Another good shoot. Another mother whining about her "good boy" getting killed. The guy that shot them is probably in for a long nightmare if their families have their way.

I just read the article describing this incident. Two masked and armed men, as they were leaving the scene of a robbery they had just committed, were stopped by an armed citizen who told them he was going to hold them for police. They chose to draw their guns and confront the citizen. They compounded a bad situation with a worse decision.

I only hope the citizen is not charged.
 
I remember reading the citizen is NOT being charged. At least, currently... if the right liberal politician gets a hold of it, he might be. Hope not!

Even though they're completely wrong, it's hard to blame the families... in the middle of grief all of a sudden the deceased appear to be angels. People only say nice things at funerals, after all. On the other hand... entirely possible they just want to make money or get their five minutes of fame. Probably a mixture of both.

Makes me want to move even farther into the middle of nowhere and just stop dealing with people altogether!

I didn't hear or I missed whether the robbers were armed.. I do, however, think that the two robbers got exactly justice that they deserved as did the parents. I hate thieves, particularly violent thieves who use force. And that includes thieves who use government as the agent of force to steal from taxpayers. If the police had been called these miscreants would have been long gone and would've had another opportunity to to kill an innocent who got in their way. We have generations of people in this country who feel entitled to what more industrious citizens have earned. We even allow human garbage to walk across our borders, ignore our laws, and make demands on U.S. taxpayers.

We have a justice system that in no way offers honest citizens any semblance of justice. The progressives believe that self defense is wrong and then tell citizens that the police have no obligation to protect them. The progressives are destroying our economy, self reliance, and the will to succeed. These families have received justice and may they receive more justice for any other criminals that they have bred.
 
All too often the statement "justice for -insert name of latest criminal here-" is really the statement that "I want to get as much money as I can because -insert name of latest criminal here- actually got the "justice" they deserved".
 
Don't think for a minute that the guy who shot those two pieces of sh!t cannot be charged. Remember, Zimmerman was deemed justified and released. Then the criminal class started bitching and look what happened to him. The freeloading criminal class has become enabled by the administration. Just wait, things are going to get much much worse.

Sadly, that is what is happening. 65% of voters who voted in Dade County approved an $830,000,000 bond issue for our county hospital system to spend. And if you think the votes can't be rigged, I present this.Link Removed
 
Awwww hell, here we go again "He was such a good person, such a good father, just getting his life together" yada, yada, yada. If you act like a dangerous thug then don't be suprised if you are treated like one.
 
Old Chinese proverb: If you want to kick a tiger in the ass, you must have a plan in place to deal with the teeth. These two thugs decided to kick the tiger (legally armed citizen), and they felt the teeth. Too damn bad for them, glad the taxpayers won't have to pick up the tab for feeding and housing.
 
Now if these two pieces of ****, had not put on mask and robbed the store, they would not have been shot (at least there) and could have been home with their families. Died being stupid.
 
At about 2 p.m. Monday afternoon, police say it was caught on tape from inside the store. Two masked men held the owner at gunpoint with shoppers inside.

“These two men came into the store, guns drawn. Clearly they threatened the owner and terrorized the owner with these guns,” Berks County District Attorney John T. Adams said.

The men were leaving with cigarettes, money and lottery tickets when they were confronted by a friend of the store owner who lives nearby. Police say he had been working in the basement when he heard the commotion.

“He told these individuals to stop and ‘I’m calling the police’ and that’s when these individuals drew their guns,” Adams said.

The concerned citizen pulled a gun. He is licensed to carry and shot both robbers in the chest, a shooting police say is justified.

“He had no right to shoot either William or Robert,” friend Frank Concepcion said.

"He took the law into his own hands and walked away scot-free." said Virginia Medina, mother of 24-year-old William Medina.

Wow, no right of self defense for a private citizen.

Would Virginia Medina feel differently if the "boys" were shot and killed by an off duty police officer instead?
 
The mother of one of the dead robbers said her son was a "good kid".....well excuse me ma'am, but good kids dont go commit armed robbery then draw their guns again when confronted.

Says it all for me. Glad it was a clean shoot with VID back up. Some might say by his act of engagement he escalated force. Of course those that would have said that are probably already in the ground. (at tax payers expense I'm sure). Culling the gene pool.
My hats off to a TRUE Hero, the engaging citizen.

He doesn't seem to have problem with thugs and dirtbags running around robbing and terrorizing people on their own...
