expungement in michigan to get CPL

I just applied for my Michigan CPL. I didnt really think about my expunged felony in 1999 when I was 18. Ive always answered NO to "felony" question on every app ive ever filled out. Ive never had a problem buying hand guns or long guns.

Ive seen both sides some saying YES they got their CPL with a expungement and some say NO they did not get their CPL.

Has anyone recieved their CPL with a expunged Felony?

Just a quick up date. I applied on monday March 7th. Two days later, I called the Kent county clerk CPL div, the lady was very friendly and happy to help me, her name was Katie. Katie told me "everything should be just fine and I would not worry if I were you" She told me if the courts did my expungement correctly I should have nothing to worry about. She also told me my print were accepted, but the application needs review before its finallized, probally due to the expumgement.

She called me back about an hour later and told me she contacted Mich state police to make sure that my expungement was enetered correctly. She told me I have nothing to worry about, just need to wait for the mailman now.
