Eric Holder has the distinction of being the only AG to ever be held in contempt of congress. If Obama gets reelected and the Republicans take the senate (very likely) he probably will be the first to be impeached for his criminal activities. He has been guilty of selective enforcement; and Fast an Furious will most likely be demonstrated to be criminal. Since when does an incompetent, communist lawyer get to determine the meaning of the Bill of Rights. "The Supreme Court just ruled that the 2nd amendment is an individual right. There might be a few exceptions; but the basic ruling will remain.
