Empty Shell Casing's = 1 year in jail & $1,000.00 fine + criminal record.

I like that you posted this Outlaw, DC is one crazy place. I live close, but let me tell you, I will drive around it and I don't care how much longer it takes! :nono:

Remembering the traffic there... probably not much longer!

I was stationed there for a while, and it was the scariest place I've ever lived.

I've sat here for several minutes trying to compose a response, but sometime the insanity is so over the top that I have nothing.

Me too.

We had a guy that had came here with his family from Russia. We were rebuilding machine for Federal Cartridge at that time. He asked me what one machine made. I went to my tool box and took out some brass and started to hand them to him. He immediately threw up his hands and started backing off says, "No! No! KGB!" I had to convince him that it was OK.

When I read Outlaw's title I thought he MUST be talking about Russia Not any place in our country!!!!

Granted DC is not anywhere on my list of places I'd ever want to visit. But as bizarre as it is, I still don't understand. Why no empty shell casings?

Well, guess I will just not empty my shells and keep them in my Max Limit, high cap dreaded handgun KLIP. No, realy I do not know why I would leave the south west.

So, when are they going to make it illegal to have gasoline in your vehicle tank in D.C.? Way more destructive than empty shell casings.

Reminds me of a time I was at the local gun club where I grew up and a few middle-aged folks, I can't recall whether of Asian or Eastern European descent, with heavy accents showed up just to get an idea of what the club was like as they were used to shooting air rifles given that that was all they had access to where they were from. They took in the sights and sounds of a few folks with rifles and pistols and the woman was giddy and smiling ear to ear and the (presumed) husband said in broken English "it's the OK Corral!" and laughed. Those of us talking with them all got a laugh and several of us, myself included, offered them numerous opportunities to get a chance to handle some of the toys we had out that afternoon just to share the experience but they seemed too nervous, given that the muzzle report was certainly amplitudes above most air guns. Made for a fun experience.

Sorry to detract...just reminded me of that little story.

Wish I could say I'm shocked, but look where it's coming from.it's really sad that laws like this see the light of day and even more sad when politicians welcome it.

Washington D.C. is the cancer that is killing this nation. It is infested with two entities. Dirt bag, freeloading criminal class, and the elitist criminal class.

These are same mindset ilk that expelled a kid for tearing a corner out of a piece of paper for making it look like a 'gun'. Crazy isn't even close!

I'm sorry Outlaw, I cannot type a response while I'm slamming my head repeatedly against my desk. I'll be with you folks momentarily.
