Apparently the snowplow driver, who had been working on the parking lot of the apartment complex for nearly seven hours, wasn't clearing the snow quickly enough for the CPL holder. He came out screaming at the snowplow driver, then pulled out a pistol and fired a single shot at the rig, missing the driver.
He later turned himself in. At the moment, he is likely facing a charge of assault with intent to murder.
THIS is going to really help the carry cause in Michigan. :angry:
