Dual illuminated Trijicon RMR on a Glock for carry

Hello all, I am in a quandary, before I spend buckets of money to do this l would like to know a few things. First off I read a lot of the boards, YT and talked to some people face to face and they seem to have differing opinions. I really don't want a rear iron sight but do to a possible quicker sight picture would a front surpressior sight work well? To answer a possible question, yes I would be milling the slide for the RMR. In advance, thank you for any and all responses.

I have carried a handgun for over 32 years as a civilian, military, as a State employee, and as a Fed Gov't employee/contractor and I would have to say "No."

The sight would be a neat "toy" on a range toy or as a competition handgun or even a hunting handgun but for a carry gun I would have to say "No."

I have the same opinion on lasers and flashlights too.
