U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius should expect a scathing letter today from Texas Governor Rick Perry explaining that the Lone Star State will not implement parts of the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare,” even after the controversial law was upheld by the Supreme Court last month.
Governor Perry said in the letter Monday that the great state of Texas will not enact a state insurance exchange or expand Medicaid as laid out in the health care plan.

I'm happy to have him as my Governor. I actually met him this past Wednesday. He is a real down to earth guy.

We need more Governors to stand their ground and not allow the federal government to bully them into doing something that is just not right. Maybe Gov Perry can convince other Gov's to follow his lead. GO PERRY!!!!

Well, we can dream about having a governor that would stand up to Washington. But it probably won't happen any time soon.
