Well... It really doesn't make me laugh, but it doesn't scare me either. People are going to die, plain and simple. What people, any you can name, have come back to be a nation after being scattered across the world? Only one - Israel. The history of that people tell me they will be just fine. You can believe what ever you want. Israel will kick the snot out of them. If they don't, God seems to have a way of doing just that for them.

Something to consider...

Every shooting war in the world involves the wonderful, peaceful religion of Islam.

Israel has complete tactical nuclear capability (thank you Richard Nixon) none of the middle east Islamic nations do. Israel has already stated that they will NOT stand by and let their nation succumb to the threats from their neighbors.

Ahmadinejad has already stated that there is no room for the Zionist in the World of Islam.

Obama has yet to make a firm stance on the US support of Israel.

All of this considered, would anyone expect Israel to turn the middle East into a sheet of glass to protect them selves? I would be more inclined to see Israel use conventional weapons to flatten any threat to their sovereignty.

It does not make me laugh. It is also not new. The middle east is a powder keg and it has been so for decades. Right now it seems to be coming to a head again. The nuclear threat is closer than it has been so something needs to be done.

The Russians were unlikely to start something because of MAD (mutually assured destruction). These guys want turmoil so the 12th imam will return.

Most of us only see, hear and read articles as words then we either got scared or scare ourselves. Read and think between the lines like why would Panetta say Israel will attack in Spring? Is his statement telling the Iranians to prepare themselves for the Spring attack? Why warn the Iranians? Then Israel says Spring will be too late, the time to act is now. Are they sounding out to the Iranians? Why have the war on Iran before a major election here in the US? Just asking...
