Does my Carry permit transfer?

Hello,

I am a business owner (and 1/2 year resident of Mass.) I have my carry permit there but I live in Florida. We are opening another store in Florida and I feel the need to be able to carry my SW MP40 while I am in the store. Does my permit transfer or can anyone tell me how to proceed? I am in St. Johns County near Jacksonville. I just dont know where to go to get the ball rolling.
