Does Monroe County limit permits?

Does monroe county limit pistol permits?
I have searched on here and the ny forum and couldn't find anything specific.
My permit doesn't say restricted, just has a number printed next to "CARRY"
Is it a code?

And for gods sake how do they expect us to carry this huge paper permit all the time?

You fold it i found a plastic permit holder. No limit. I am in Monroe. I have had my permit for ten yrs.
