Does "going armed to the terror of the people" disqualify you for a ccw?

About 8 years ago I was convicted of going armed to the terror of the people. I haven't had any issues obtaining purchase permits, but it's not clear to me if this is a "disqualifying offense".

"Going armed to the terror of the people" is a class 1 misdemeanor.

The qualifying/disqualifying for a Concealed Handgun Permit is in NC law G.S. 14-415.12 (G.S. 14-415.12)
It says a felony is disqualifying, so your misdemeanor wouldn't seem to be a problem as I read it (I'm not a lawyer though)

I don't know about "the people" but I routinely go "armed to the terror of the dirtbags."
