That's the paddle. Goes inside the waistband and no one would see it unless taken off.

Also can tilt the paddle or belt slide attachment to change the can't.

I guess I should probably add that I think I'm just gonna stick with my alien gear cloak tuck 3.0 holster. I've been wearing it everyday for the last few days or so with the way I have it set up and even though it's "considered" to be riding to deep in the inside of my jeans waistband, that's where it's the most comfortable and where it's the most concealable to where it doesn't print through my shirt.
