Do you guys have a "This is a household w/ firearms" sticker?

As a warning for would-be burglars/fools?

Or too cheesy?

NO!

It would merely tell them that there are guns inside that can be stolen. I also don't wear gun related t-shirts or hats, or have any gun related stickers on my vehicles. It pays not to advertise.

I just put up a sign saying "Wild Dog's here" and the scum knows better than to come into my house. At least, those who want to live.

Truly the actions of someone ashamed to be a gun owner. Why then, I must ask, do you even have any guns?

First, I am shocked Wild Dog is still on here. Second, in our area everyone knows who has what. Third the old pans and metal objects I have hanging around with holes in them is a pretty good clue. I would not put such a sign up. Now the back of my truck window has DPMS, JPFO, NRA, GLOCK and a few other stickers. But this is Arizona and I live in a small town in a county with only 37,000 people and out by a huge mountain. If I had a large sign it would not be seen from a main road and if they are up to the house they will know we are home or not. If we are home it is not an issue, if we are not they will break in any way. If the guns are not on us, by us or with us they are locked in the safe. I would guess Location, Location and Location - I would not.

I am shocked as well, shocked that I haven't found my warrior's death yet. I suppose fate has more in store for me and Lady Justice still needs me to fight. So, until the time of my end, Valhalla awaits.

I like the "Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again" sign. :yes2:

FWIW, I also employ a 24x7 video surveillance warning, with the electronics to back it up.

Putting signs or stickers on your house, my not be wise. You are advertising you have guns in the house. So, a criminal just has to wait till you aren't home and breaking and steal them. Locks are only for honest people. People crack safes, and there is such a thing as bolt cutters. If some one is looking to steal a gun, a home with a home with a " home with firearms" is the place to go. Just like "No Gun Zone" is the place shooters go to kill people.

I prefer not to surrender the tactical advantage with Gun related attire, stickers on the vehicles. or signs. I am leaving the"US Army Retired" sticker in the rear window of my car & Truck but that's it. I try to be as close to a "Gray Man" as possible.

No Army stickers for me, but I pretty much agree with this. I live so far out in the country now that quite literally no one would see any signs I put on my house or the property unless they were specifically targeting me personally. Only been here a little over 9 months now, but so far I have not seen a single car wander onto the road without its occupants having a destination of one of the five addresses on the road. I have never seen anyone but my closest neighbors on foot on my road. So I may put signs out that I wouldn't have previously just for my own poops and giggles at some point. My wife probably wouldn't let me leave 'em up though. She might go for the "Infidel" sign, but beyond that, she'd get annoyed over having to look at the one I like best that says, "I dip all my ammo in pig's blood." So I probably won't change my M.O. on the house or property, and I don't have any kind of sticker on my Jeep, mostly thinking about resale value more so than giving away my political positions or whatever.
